More dual degree programs, research internships, and access to joint AI labs.

Step 2: Training in ethical and responsible AI

Common modules on the ethical principles of the use of artificial intelligence in education, health and justice will be promoted.

What does it mean?

Degrees with a humanistic and technological perspective, aligned with UNESCO and EU guidelines.

Step 3: Shared continuing education platforms

Universities will offer digital microcredentials , MOOCs, and bootcamps certified by both countries.

What does it mean?

Any professional can train in AI from their country, with binational academic recognition.

Step 4: Adaptive curriculum innovation

The incorporation of technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing, and augmented reality into curricula will be encouraged.
